Focus of Thought:
Self-image is in the eye of the beholder. We learn from what is set before us. It not only shapes us, but becomes our image. For this month, I decided to do a reflection on self-image through the journey of Garden of Buds.
Expression of Thought:
Garden of Buds began June 1st, 2018. Externally, I started the blog with the goal of reaching others. I had no idea I was trying to reach my inner self. When we need the most encouragement, that’s when we should give the most encouragement. I had no idea I was doing just that.
In this first year, I have started making videos, podcasts and published a journal. Not too shabby, but I know God has a lot more in store.

“I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad and my glory [my inner self] rejoices; my body too shall rest and confidently dwell in safety” Psalm 16:8-9 [AMPC].
